InfuZen Supplements – Fall Into Wellness Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Fall Into Wellness Giveaway is sponsored by InfuZen Supplements Inc. (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins October 23, 2026, and ends October 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, comment with your favorite fall coffee or tea drink on an official Fall Into Wellness Giveaway post published by InfuZen Supplements on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok during the giveaway period.
Limit one (1) entry per person across all platforms combined. Multiple comments or entries on different platforms do not increase the chance of winning.
No purchase, payment, website visit, or social media follow is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Fall Into Wellness Gift Box containing:
Two (2) InfuZen supplement bottles, selected from Lion's Mane and Ashwagandha (two of either product or one of each)- One (1) autumn-themed ceramic mug
One (1) coffee gift card
One (1) pair of cozy socks
One (1) fall-scented candle
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150 USD.
Prize components are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary. No cash alternative will be offered.**
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on October 31, 2026.
The Sponsor will contact the potential winner through the social media account used to enter. The potential winner must
respond within 48 hours of the initial notification and confirm eligibility.
If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours or is ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.The winner will be publicly announced after eligibility is verified.
7. Prize Delivery
Sponsor will provide complimentary standard shipping to a valid address within the United States. Local pickup may be arranged by mutual agreement.
The winner must provide the necessary delivery information privately. Sponsor will not request payment or credit card information to claim the prize.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
Prize acceptance is subject to applicable laws. Supplement selection should be appropriate for the winner's individual circumstances; the prize does not constitute medical advice.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility, communicate about the prize, and arrange delivery. It will not be added to marketing lists without separate consent.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or their parent companies. By entering, participants release these platforms from responsibility relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
11. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.
